2. Services Offered:
a. Our platform allows users to create e-gifting and cash fund registries for various events such as weddings, birthdays, graduations, and other occasions.
b. Users can customize registries, solicit cash gifts, or select items for gifting.

3. User Responsibilities:
a. Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information provided when creating registries.
b. Users should ensure that funds collected through the platform are used for the intended purpose and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

4. Registry Creation and Management:
a. Users creating registries must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
b. Users have the option to manage and update their registries, including adding or removing items, changing event details, and specifying gift preferences.

5. Cash Fund Handling:
a. Funds collected through the platform's cash fund registry feature will be handled securely and disbursed as designated by the registry owner via payment gateway platforms such as Stripe, which the registry owner will link with the PRE/SENT platform.
b. PRE/SENT assumes no liability for the misuse or mishandling of funds post disbursement from the platform.

6. Fee Structure:
a. Users acknowledge that a fee will be applied to monetary transactions made through the platform's cash fund registry feature.
b. For payments between 0 and 99, a service charge of 10% will be levied on the transaction amount.
c. Payments ranging from 100 to 499 will incur a service charge of 5% on the transaction amount.
d. Transactions of 500 or more will have a service charge of 3% applied to the transaction amount.
e. PRE/SENT reserves the right to adjust these fees with prior notice, and any changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.

7. Refund Policy
At PRE/SENT, we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory experience for our users when utilizing our gifting services. Please review our Refund Policy for details regarding refunds for transactions made through our platform:
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital items or services offered through our platform, refunds may only be granted under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of PRE/SENT.
Refund Process
a. To request a refund for a service transaction, users must contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date of the transaction.
b. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method. The processing time for refunds may vary based on the payment provider's policies.
Exclusions
a. Please note that certain service transactions may not be eligible for refunds once completed, such as personalized or customized services or those explicitly outlined as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
